James Saddington appointed as Chief Compliance Officer for wealth manager, fund manager and pension transfer specialist Tideway Investment Group
Industry specialist James Saddington has joined Tideway Investment Group as Chief Compliance Officer of defined benefit pension transfer specialist Tideway Investment Partners and its Appointed Representatives Tideway Wealth and Tideway Asset Management.
James, 47, has worked in the financial services’ industry since 1997 and has over 15 years’ Compliance experience in advice, pension and wealth management businesses.
Working with national IFAs, SIPP operators and high net worth advisory and discretionary wealth managers over his long career, James was more recently Head of Compliance at Saunderson House based in the City, in a role which focussed on individual HNW wealth advice and management.
“It’s great to have a seasoned and capable professional on board in an era where compliance issues have become increasingly complex and opaque,” said Tideway Investment Partners’ managing partner James Baxter.
